Online tickets are sold by Avia Booking Co., Ltd. Review journey details and the total amount before payment.
Booking
Select the route, travel date, departure, vehicle type and passenger count. Check names, phone, email, boarding point and destination before confirmation.
Payment and fees
Payment fees can vary by payment method. The system will show the total for review before confirmation. Never send card data through Facebook or a contact form.
Ticket lookup or resend
Keep the booking number and purchase contact details. If a ticket is missing, contact the original seller with only the necessary information and never post personal details publicly.
Cancellation and refund
Website ticket changes, postponements or refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. The handling fee is THB 40 per seat.
Luggage and passenger needs
Each passenger may bring no more than 2 pieces of luggage with a combined weight of no more than 15 kg. Ask in advance about special luggage, sports equipment or accessibility needs.
