Arcade or Chang Phueak terminal?
It depends on the route. Check your booking. The user-supplied scope identifies Chang Phueak as the Chiang Mai terminal for Phrao services.
Can I bring large luggage?
Each passenger may bring no more than 2 pieces of luggage with a combined weight of no more than 15 kg. Ask staff in advance about special luggage.
What if I lose my ticket?
Prepare the booking number, name and purchase contact details, then contact the original sales channel. Never post personal details publicly.
